Refund policy

 

Kamioner Kibby jewelry is crafted with the intention of permanence, precision, and personal meaning. Because many pieces are made specifically for each client, our returns policy is limited and carefully structured.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

Clients wishing to request a return must:

  • Notify Kamioner Kibby within 48 hours of delivery
  • Receive written Return Authorization (RA) before shipping the item back

Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Window

If a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging with all materials included

Kamioner Kibby reserves the right to inspect the item upon return before issuing any refund.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which reflects the craftsmanship, production resources, and handling required for high-value made-to-order pieces.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Insurance

If a return is authorized:

  • Kamioner Kibby will provide insured return shipping
  • Clients must follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team

Unauthorized shipping methods may void the return eligibility.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom designs
  • Special production pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Limited edition releases

These pieces are created specifically for the client and cannot be restocked.

Complimentary Ring Resizing

Kamioner Kibby offers complimentary resizing for rings, subject to design feasibility.

Resize requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Clients are responsible for securely shipping the item back using instructions provided by Kamioner Kibby.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, clients must notify Kamioner Kibby within 24 hours of delivery so that we may resolve the issue promptly.

Our team will work directly with you to ensure you receive the piece as intended.
