How long does a custom order take?
Custom creations typically take 4 to 6 weeks. Each piece is a study of precision, built to endure, built for you.
What materials do you use?
We work exclusively with luxury-grade, performance-ready materials: solid gold, platinum, carbon alloys, and ethically sourced stones. Designed for elegance in motion.
Is Kamioner Kibby jewelry safe to wear during workouts or active sports?
Absolutely. Our pieces are engineered for dynamic environments, secure, durable, and made to perform as hard as you do.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship globally with full insurance and tracking. Your piece will arrive as flawlessly as it left our atelier.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We allow modifications within 2 hours of purchase. Custom pieces cannot be canceled once production begins. Each piece is uniquely yours.
How do I apply a promo code or gift card?
Enter your code at checkout in the designated field before completing payment. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made on order and usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Order value
- Destination
- Delivery speed
- Insurance coverage
We offer Overnight Delivery and Two-Day Delivery.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Start your return through our online portal within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. A 30% restocking fee may apply. Read our Refund Policy for more information.
Are there any items excluded from returns?
Yes. Custom, engraved, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.

Our pieces are low-maintenance by design. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and store in your KK Leather Box when not in use.

What does your warranty cover?
